We Offer a Broad Range of Services Tailored to Meet Your Every Need
CENTERLESS GRINDING
Centerless grinding is a machining process that uses abrasive wheels to remove material from the outside of a workpiece. It is often used to produce cylindrical parts with precise dimensions and smooth surfaces.
Benefits:
- Fast and efficient
- Minimal setup time
- No axial thrust
OD & ID GRINDING
OD & ID grinding is a machining process where the outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) of a cylindrical workpiece are precisely ground using a grinding wheel. Essentially meaning, you are simultaneously finishing both the external and internal surfaces of a part to achieve specific tolerances and surface finishes.
WIRE & RAM EDM
Wire and Ram EDM are both types of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) used to precisely cut metal by creating sparks between an electrode and the workpiece. They differ in how the electrode is used, Wire EDM utilizes a thin, continuously fed wire as the cutting electrode, while Ram EDM uses a shaped electrode that is plunged into the workpiece to create cavities or complex 3D shapes.
